We are also the Harris authorized service center to repair the Harris microwave radios up to component level in Malaysia. Our Customer Service Center is sub-divided into 4 areas: Repair Service, Customer Support, Field Support and BWA Support.
Repair Service provide repair services to all microwave radio modules as well as coordinates repairs on vendor items which are part of its systems. In addition to the repair services, we are also holding spares inventory to reduce turn-around time and equipment down time.
Customer Support as technical support center with highly qualified technical support with customers complaints as well as liaising to resolve issues with our principals. In addition, Field Support and BWA Support will provide on-site field service repair. This service is critical in assisting our valued customers to restore their critical link failures. Trisilco Folec is also to provide training to some of the major operators like Maxis and Telekom Malaysia.
